Stepping Stones is a wonderful, bright, happy and caring

environment for your child.

My son and daughter have both been coming here since they

were 6 months old and they have always received an

exceptional standard of care and love.

Stepping Stones is a lovely home from home environment and at this stage

it feels more like the staff are family to my children caring

for them and catering to their individual needs daily.

  Our son Reece has been attending Stepping Stones since May 2022 when he was just two years old.  Reece had attended another creche in Newbridge prior and there is just no comparison.  From day one we are so grateful to have found this place.  Stepping Stones treat the children with love and kindness.  Reece is happy going in, in the mornings and asks can he stay longer when we go to collect him in the evenings.  This makes our working days so much easier knowing he is happy, loved and cared for when we are not around.  A special mention to Ahlam, who took Reece on his introduction day when he was so young and very scared.  Ahlam showed him such love and tenderness that within a day/two days, we noticed a significant change in him.  We knew we had made the right decision in moving him.  By his second day in Stepping Stones, he kept saying over and over  “Reece stay new creche”.  He is six now and thriving. He skips and sings when we collect him. We know he is safe and happy every day.  We cannot thank you enough Sharon and all the staff

My daughter Ava has been attending Stepping Stones for the last six years. She first started attending when she was one years old and still attends to this day, at age seven, benefiting from the afterschool programme.

Stepping Stones have gone above and beyond with their care, which has been unwavering the past six years.

The staff at Stepping Stones take such a personable approach with their care. 'A home away from home' - there is so much comfort in knowing my daughter is being cared for with the utmost compassion, kindness and respect. 

As a parent working full time, creche is a necessity. I have so much confidence in the staff and their abilities, that I never have to worry about my daughter. While she couldn't articulate at her early age, her eagerness to attend creche and her disappointment to leave at pickup, always reaffirmed this. Now, at age seven, she can fully express just how delighted she is to be in the presence of the incredible staff and all her friends.

Sharon, the owner of Stepping Stones, is someone who deserves their own recognition. She goes above and beyond for the staff, the children and the parents. She has devoted her life to this to creche and fostered such a warm, friendly and accepting environment for staff and children alike.

A special mention Paddy, who facilitates drop offs and pick ups, to and from school, for the afterschool children. The children absolutely adore him!! Such a kind-natured man, never without a warm smile on his face and so much patience and enthusiasm for the children every day.

It's not just a creche - it's a community. I will be forever grateful to Stepping Stones, the staff and to Sharon. I have watched my daughter grow from strength to strength since she first started attending and I have this wonderful creche to thank for that.

My Daughter Amelia Ciubarca, attends Stepping Stones Kindergarten for the past Two years and I can say I’m happy the way she developed over the years.

I’m happy that here she learned more about how to become independent, caring and supportive for those around her. The games and activities developed also her English and the ability of understanding the ones in need.

I’m happy over the fact the teachers offered her 100% support, kindness and they encouraged her to take initiative. I want to thank you that you helped her over these years and that she experienced with your help so many new things,

Stepping Stones has been an incredible part of our lives since my son Finn was just one year old. From those early days of baby steps to now as a confident 5-year-old, the care, love, and attention he’s received has been nothing short of amazing. The staff have truly become like extended family, nurturing him through every stage and milestone with such kindness and patience.

What makes Stepping Stones even more special is the after-school care that my older son Callum receives—it’s such a weight off our shoulders knowing he’s in a fun, safe, and supportive environment after school. He always comes home happy.

I genuinely can’t thank Sharon and the team enough. The peace of mind they give us and the joy they bring to our boys is something we’ll always be grateful for.
