Meet our Staff

Hi I am Adrienne aka Adi, 

Qualifying as a Nursery Nurse Ive worked in childcare for 30+ years.

I met Sharon in 1994 while babysitting her neighbours children and we became great frirnds, I began working with her as Manager when she first opened her doors that September. 

I then stayed home to raise my own two girls. During this time I was childminding and gave Suported lodgings to Teenagers.

I came back to Stepping Stones to help out for one week in 2016 and I am still here.

I love, Music and Gardening .

I am very proud of Stepping Stones and love working with the most amazing team of Childcare Educators. We have a dedicated and consistent family of girls, working together to provide the highest quality of care to our children. 

I am commited to supporting all our children and staff to be happy in our safe, inclusive, fun & loving environment.

My name is Julie. I work in the office here at stepping stones. I was previously a hairdresser for 15 years but decided to take a career break while I raise my two children. Both my boys attended stepping stones and loved it so much. They still talk about it. Although, they are both in primary school now, they still love to visit. I was lucky enough to be offered a position to work in the office doing admin. I can work at stepping stones around my children's school hours which is amazing. I love working here. It's like a little family and so lovely to see all the happy children growing and learning. I can happily say I love my job.

Childcare has always been a passion of mine from a young age. I joined the stepping stones family in September 1996 and have enjoyed it ever since, I’ve had children grow from the baby room to afterschool and come back either for work experience or a job or come back with their own children later on and to see this brings me so much joy. The work being done is another home from home to the children that transitioned into adults that have given us their own children to help grow and learn. This job is one of the most rewarding jobs out there gaining relationships with families and having their trust in us to care love and nurture their children, I have been blessed with an amazing job to have stayed so long with, and I hope to enjoy more years with the stepping stones family.

My name is Rita Jasiene, I'm originally from Lithuania. Full of energy and initiative, I came to Ireland  years ago and I fell in love with this country and with the Childcare profession.

I have my own family of 4.

As a mom and a preschool teacher, I understand the importance of providing strong foundation for lifetime learning.

When working with children, I encourage creative, inclusive, and an engaging learning environment.

My name is Ahlam Massarwa, and I am 36 years old. I'm originally from Palestine, but I have been living in Ireland for the past six years.

I currently work as a preschool teacher at Stepping Stones Crèche, where I find great joy and purpose in helping young children grow, learn, and explore the world around them. Before moving to Ireland, I worked as a junior infants teacher, and my passion for early childhood education has only deepened over the years.

I am a mother of three wonderful children who inspire me every day. I truly love working with children it's more than just a job to me; it's a calling. Their curiosity, energy, and creativity make every day rewarding.

In my free time, I enjoy trying out new recipes, traveling to discover new places and cultures, and reading.

I believe that every child deserves a nurturing, supportive environment where they can thrive.

Hello my name is Jessica, I work in the baby room and I am passionate

about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for babies to learn

and grow. Personally I think there’s nothing quite like the joy of connecting

with babies and being a part of their first experiences. I’m committed to

providing a warm and supportive atmosphere where they feel safe, loved,

and encouraged to explore the world around them.

My name is Jean, and I’m from Newbridge, County Kildare. I have been working as a childcare practitioner at Stepping Stones Crèche since 2017. Supporting and nurturing children during their early years is something I find incredibly rewarding.

I am a mother to four amazing daughters and a loving grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. Family is very important to me, and I cherish every moment I get to spend with them.

In my free time, I enjoy singing, dancing, and acting. I also have over 12 years of experience volunteering in youth work.

My passion for working with children and young people continues to inspire and motivate me every day.

I'm Cristina Rodríguez Muñoz, 26 years old, and from the south of Spain (Málaga). I'm an early childhood teacher and have always felt a strong calling to work with young children, especially in the early stages of their development, where every discovery is an adventure.

Throughout my professional experience, I have worked for several years with children with special educational needs, which has taught me to view education from a more inclusive, empathetic, and personalized perspective.

I love encouraging children, making them laugh, and creating an environment where they feel happy, safe, and motivated. For me, learning is also about playing, getting excited, expressing oneself, and, above all, enjoying the process.

My name is Marta Canovaca Sillero, I’m 27 years old and I’m from Spain. From a very young age, I discovered my passion for education—especially early childhood education, where every day brings a new opportunity to learn, explore, and grow alongside young children.

I love guiding children through their first steps in the school environment, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive development through play, creativity, and care. I truly believe in the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels heard, valued, and motivated to explore the world around them.

Working in early childhood education is not just my profession—it’s also a constant source of inspiration and learning. I’m committed to offering an education that is warm, respectful, and tailored to each child’s individual needs, because I believe these early years lay the foundation for everything that follows. 

 Hi everyone, I'm Maria. Over the course of the 6+ years I've worked at Stepping Stones I've gained friends, family and so much experience. It all started when I went into studying childcare in 2008, and instantly felt connected to this field of work. I went back and studied special needs in 2024, and enjoy working with children of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. I've worked in all of our different rooms with all age groups and can truly say that I love them all. I love my Stepping Stones family and all this job has done for me over the time I've worked here!
